Returns Policy

MA1 Combat Wholesale Australia is currently only service goods to businesses only.

This page provides a summary of our returns and refunds process.

1. Business Purchases Only

All sales are made to businesses operating. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing for business purposes.

2. Inspect Your Order on Delivery

Please inspect all goods as soon as they are delivered.

If there is any issue (damage, defect, shortage, or incorrect item), you must notify us in writing within 5 business days of delivery.

Your notification should include:

  • Invoice number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos / videos of the issue
  • List the SKU / Product title of the item/s clearly

If we are not notified within this timeframe, the goods are deemed accepted.

3. Returns Require Approval

Goods must not be returned without prior approval.

Returns received without an approval may be rejected and returned at your cost.

4. When Returns Are Accepted

We will consider returns where:

  • Goods are defective
  • Goods do not match your confirmed order
  • We supplied the wrong item

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Over-ordering
  • Incorrect selection
  • Used or altered goods
  • Custom-made or specially sourced items
  • Clearance or non-stocked items (unless defective)

5. Condition of Returned Goods

Approved returns must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original packaging
  • Be securely packaged
  • Be returned within 7 days of return approval

We reserve the right to inspect all returned goods before confirming the outcome.

6. Shipping Costs

We follow a return to base policy.

  • Return shipping is at your cost
  • You are responsible for ensuring goods are safely returned

7. Our Remedies

If goods are confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied, we may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the goods
  • Issue a credit note
  • Provide a refund

Credit notes are typically issued for approved returns.

    8. Custom & Special Orders

Custom-made, specially sourced, or made-to-order goods cannot be cancelled or returned (unless required by law).

Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable.

    9. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (including the Australian Consumer Law) where applicable.

Where permitted by law, our liability is limited to repair or replacement of goods or the cost of replacement.
