3.1 Customers must register for an account to access wholesale pricing.

3.2 You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information;

  • Keep login credentials secure;

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.

3.3 We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.


4. Orders

4.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

4.2 We reserve the right to:

  • Reject any order;

  • Limit quantities;

  • Correct pricing errors.

4.3 An order is not binding until confirmed by us.


5. Pricing and GST

5.1 All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

5.2 Prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

5.3 GST will be applied in accordance with applicable law.

5.4 Prices may change without notice.


6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payment must be made:

  • At checkout via approved payment methods; or

  • Under approved credit terms (if applicable).

6.2 For approved credit accounts:

  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.

  • Late payments may incur interest 

6.3 We may suspend supply for overdue accounts.


7. Retention of Title

7.1 Title in goods does not pass to the Customer until full payment has been received.

7.2 Risk passes to the Customer upon dispatch.

7.3 Until payment is received, the Customer:

  • Holds goods as bailee;

  • Must store goods separately;

  • Must not dispose of goods except in the ordinary course of business.

7.4 We reserve the right to register our interest on the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR).


8. Delivery

8.1 Delivery times are estimates only.

8.2 We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

8.3 The Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details.


9. Returns and Claims

9.1 Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be made within 7 days of delivery.

9.2 Goods must not be returned without prior written approval.

9.3 Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless agreed in writing.


10. Australian Consumer Law

10.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

10.2 Where goods are supplied to a business and are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, our liability is limited (at our option) to:

  • Replacement of goods;

  • Repair of goods; or

  • Payment of the cost of replacing or repairing goods.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

11.1 We are not liable for:

  • Loss of profits;

  • Loss of revenue;

  • Indirect or consequential loss.

11.2 Our total liability arising out of any claim is limited to the amount paid for the goods giving rise to the claim.


12. Intellectual Property

You must not reproduce or use our intellectual property without written consent.
